01. Can I order samples or swatches?

At this time, we do not have a swatch/sample program. However, you may purchase as little as 1 yard if you wish to view an item. Please note that the yard can be returned, but the shipping fee will not be refunded. Back to top

02. Can I change my order?

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If you want to change your order, please call our Customer Service team at 877-322-7427, and if it has not yet been processed we will change or re-issue a new amended order.  Back to top

04. What is your return policy?

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 60 days for a refund on the price of the product. Items must be repacked in original packaging with all accessories and a copy of your invoice. We do not accept returns on fabric that has been cut by the customer. 05. When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?

Once we have received the item into our warehouse we aim to process a refund onto the original payment card within two weeks.

06. If I return all the items in my order will I still be charged for delivery?

If any of the items we deliver are damaged or incorrect, we will refund the delivery charge. If you change your mind about wanting to keep them, you may return them free of charge but we will not refund the original delivery charge.

07. What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?

Check that all the details you have entered on the checkout page are correct. If it is refused after that, try another credit card.

08. Can I use my Preferred Customer Card, Senior Discount, Military Discount, or Red Apple Discount online?

At this time, we are not able to accept in-store discount programs online.

09. Do you ship to military bases?

We do ship to military bases. Please note that delivery may take longer than stated times.

10. Do you deliver overseas?

We currently ship within the United States and to U.S. Territory addresses only.

11. How can I use my tax exempt number online?

Please fax a copy of your tax information to 662-365-6321, attention: Online Customer Service. When this information is received, we will gladly credit your tax charges. Please be sure to include your order confirmation number with this information. You will need to contact us each time you place an order so we can issue a credit for the tax charges.

12. What do I do if my product breaks down during the guarantee period?

If products are under guarantee, your order confirmation email/delivery note is your proof of purchase/receipt and you should follow the manufacturer’s instructions for notifying the manufacturer of any problems within the guarantee period.
