We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 60 days for a refund on the price of the product.

Please note the following:
- Items must be repacked in original packaging with all accessories and a copy of your invoice.
- We do not accept returns or give refunds on any fabric that has been cut or washed by the customer.
- Our retail stores do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on our website.
- Returning an item may change or void coupon discounts.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method. We do not accept returns sent via COD.
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority.
